My Current Regimen

Month 18 +:

I no longer do daily WNG's because of the tangles. I usually lean towards braid outs and try and stretch my style for as long as possible (currently up to day 4).

1-2x Per Week Co-wash then Twist or Braid out:

* Conditioner: Tresseme Naturals

*Deep Condition: Aussie 3 Min. Miracle, Giovanni Avocado Olive Oil

(currently testing a few DC's)

* LOC Method

- Leave-In: Kiny Curly Knot Today

- Oil: DIY Mix (Avocado, Sweet Almond, Castor, Jamaican Black Castor, & Jojoba)

-Cream/Butter: Avocado Butter

*Twist/Braid

**Dry finger detangle, I will use coconut oil if I need to)

As Needed:

* Cleanse: Homemade Co-wash (Water, Castille Soap & Conditioner)

* Clarify: Apple Cider Vinegar & Dr. Bronner's Conditioning Rinse (will

repurchase the conditioning rinse once I finish it)

* Follow with the steps noted above in for weekly wash

Clarifier:

* Jamaican Black Castor

* Jojoba

* Coconut

Stylers:

* Taliah Waajid Curly Curl Cream

Gel:

* Clear Eco Styler & Aloe Vera Gel & My own mix using these two + oils

Tools: Wide Tooth Combs, Hair Pins, Soft Brush (Edges)
